Whether you’re interested in participating in a race or joining us for the entire season, we’re happy to have you run with us!

Not wanting to register online? Not a problem!
Simply print off our Season Membership form or an Event Waiver form and bring it with you to a PGRR run group or race, along with cash or a cheque.
Important:
- People who intend on being a Full Member or Half Member should sign up for their seasonal membership first.
- Full Members will receive a Coupon Code through that. This code will get them into the Heights Fiver event for free.

Half Marathon Clinic
In support of our local running community and beyond, we are offering a 12 week half marathon clinic on Mondays starting 2024-06-17.
